Ingredients of Rohu Fish Biryani
- 1 kg of Rohu Fish
- 1 kg of Govindbhog rice
- 250 grams of mustard oil
- 2 tablespoons black cumin
- Raw chili 8-10
- 2 tablespoons turmeric
- Somewhat hot spices
- Bay leaves 3-4
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- Salt as expected
- 10 cups hot water
Process of making Rohu Fish Biryani
First, the Rohu fishes should be cut and washed well. Then you have to spread turmeric on the fish well. Then turn on the gas and put a pan in it.
Now when the pan is hot, add some mustard oil to it. When the oil is hot, fry the fish one by one. Once the fish is fried, fry the bay leaves, whole green chilies, whole hot spices, and 2 teaspoons of black cumin in the oil. Then wash the Govindbhog rice well and fry it all together in a pan.
Now put some of that fried rice in a pressure cooker. Then Arrange a few pieces of fish on it. Then again arrange a few pieces of fish on it with the rest of the rice.
Once the fish and rice are arranged in this way, mix salt in hot water as expected and gently pour over the edge of the rice. Then spread 2 teaspoons of ghee and a little sugar, close the lid of the pressure cooker and reduce the gas.
Then turn off the gas when the pressure is high. Now your Rohu Fish Biryani is ready, now you serve it nicely.
