Ingredients of Fish Fry:
- Fish
- 1 piece ginger
- 4-10 pieces of garlic
- 10 green chilies
- 2 onions
- Mint leaves
- Coriander leaves
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Arrowroot powder
- White Oil
- Biscuit powder
- 3 eggs
- Pepper powder
Process of Making Fish Fry / How to Make Fish Fry
First, wash the fish pieces well and mix them well with salt and lemon juice and leave it for about 15 minutes. Then you have to prepare the ingredients needed to make fish fry.
Cut 2 medium-sized onions in a mixing jar, then make a paste with a little ginger, 8-10 cloves garlic, 10 green chilies, 1 cup coriander leaves, and 1 cup mint leaves. Then spread the paste well around the fish pieces. Now keep it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
Then beat 2-3 eggs well in a pot. Now you have to add some pepper powder and salt to taste in this egg.
Now you have to turn on the gas and put a pan on it and heat it with a little more oil. Once the oil is hot, take the fish out of the fridge and add some beaten eggs and 2-3 teaspoons of arrowroot powder.
Now one by one the fish pieces should be well smeared with biscuit powder and then dipped in the eggshell and the biscuit powder should be smeared again. In this way, they have to be fried one by one in oil. Repeatedly frying, in the same way, will make your fish fry will be ready.
Note: Make sure the gas is in the medium, otherwise the back will turn red but the inside will be raw.
