Ingredients Of Mishti Doi / Sweet Yogurt

1 cup of powdered milk
Half a cup of sugar
4 cups water
2 tablespoons sour yogurt

Process Of Making Mishti Doi Recipe / Sweet Yogurt Recipe

First, take a cloth and leave it in it with 2 teaspoons of sour curd to drain the water. Then turn on the gas, put a pot on it, heat it with 3 cups of water, 1 cup of powdered milk, and add 2-3 teaspoons of sugar. Now when the milk boils a little, take it down and mix sour curd on it.

Now put a pan in gas and boil it well with 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 cup of water. Boil it until the sugar turns a little reddish in color. Now that it has become sticky, you have to stir the hot milk with some boiled sugar and pour the rest of the milk again.

Now take a pot with a lid. Now pour the whole milk into the container, close the lid, and put it in a pressure cooker. Now close the lid of the pressure cooker, reduce the gas and let it sit for 20-30 minutes. But the pressure cooker whistle must be kept open.

After 30 minutes, turn off the gas and put it in a pressure cooker to cool. Now when it is a little cold, you have to take out the pot of curd from inside it. Then when the yogurt is a little frozen, it should be left in the normal fridge for 1 hour. After 1 hour, take out the yogurt from the fridge and your Sweet yogurt with powdered milk will be ready.
