Ingredients of Raw Jackfruit Pokora:
- 250 grams of raw jackfruit
- 3 potatoes
- 2 Onion paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 150 grams of gram flour
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- Raw chili paste 3-4
- White oil
- Salt and sugar to taste
How to make Raw Jackfruit Pokora
First, turn on the gas, put a pot on it, cut the raw jackfruits with some water and boil them. Then peel the potatoes again in the same pot, boil them and drain the water. Now put a pan in gas and put 2 spoons of mustard oil in it.
Once the oil is hot, add boiled raw jackfruit and ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, green chili paste, chili powder, and salt and sugar to taste. Now fry them well until a little fried.
Then rub the boiled potatoes with a little chili powder, a little ginger paste, and salt to taste. Now take a round of mashed potatoes and fill it with raw jackfruit paste and stick it in your mouth.
Then put a pan in the gas and add a little more white oil to it. When the oil is hot, dip the potato balls one by one in the bowl of gram flour and fry them in hot oil.
Once all the pakoras are fried one by one, now your Raw Jackfruit Pokora is ready. Now serve them with salad and sauce.
