How to make Motichur Laddu
First, you need to take one cup of besan in a large container. Then you have to give a pinch of Kesar yellow color to it. Now it should be mixed well with half a cup of water. This mixture should be mixed in such a way that there are no granular parts. If there are any grains, they should be mixed well with a little water to mix the whole mixture. Remember that the mixture is not too thick or too thin.
Now take a perforated spoon and try this mixture on it so that the mixture comes out in the form of Bundi through the holes. If the mixture does not come out, you have to take it again with a little water.
Now put a pan in the oven and pour half a pan of ghee in it. Now you have to heat this ghee. Then you have to take a stand a little higher than the pan. Squeeze the mixture on the perforated spoon and then whisk the spoon on the stand so that the mixture is poured into the ghee in the form of Bundi through the holes. Then you have to fry the bundis till the cannabis is removed. The whole mixture should be fried in the same way.
Note: Keep in mind that the spoon must be thoroughly cleaned before adding the mixture, otherwise, it will not be round.
Making Sugar Syrup
Then put a cup of sugar and half a cup of water in a pan and put it on the gas. Then mix it well with a pinch of Kesar yellow color, half a teaspoon of rose water, half a teaspoon of liquid glucose in a medium flame. When you see that the sugar is completely mixed, you have to pour the bundis into it.
Now fry it in low flame until the bundis are mixed with the whole syrup. Now turn off the gas and take it down to a container. Then with some melon seeds in between, it should be left for 1.5 - 2 hours to cool down. Now after 2 hours, when it cools down, wet your hand a little and give it the shape of a laddu. Now ready your Motichur Laddu at Home.
