Ingredients of Malai Kulfi:-
- 1 liter of milk
- 2-3 tablespoons powdered milk
- 2-3 tablespoons crushed almonds
- 1 tablespoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
Process of Making Malai Kulfi:-
First, take the milk in a pot, put it in the gas, boil it well and thicken the milk. Then add 2-3 teaspoons of powdered milk, cardamom powder, crushed almonds, and sugar and boil it well again.
When the milk thickens after giving the mesh, it should be cooled down by turning off the gas. Once the milk has cooled well, it should be poured into small tin cans.
Then in the middle of the milk one should wrap the foil paper on the Malai cans. Now make a hole in the middle of the malai kulfi and put a stick in it. Now it should be left in the deep freezer for 8-10 hours.
Then after 10 hours, take the cans out of the fridge and put them in cold water for a while. If you take it out after a while, your Malai Kulfi is ready to eat.
