- Sour yogurt
- Salt
- Kashmiri red chili powder
- Kasuri methi
- Chili flakes
- Ginger

- Bay leaves

Process
First, take a 500-gram chicken and wash it well. Then mix it well with 200 grams of Sour yogurt, 2 teaspoons of Kashmiri red chili powder, and 2 teaspoons of Kasuri methi. Then leave it in this mixed state for 2 hours.
Now you put the pan in a gas, and when the pan is hot add 3-4 teaspoons of white oil. Then when you see the oil is hot, fry the bay leaves in it and chop 2-3 onions. When the onion is half-fried, grind one onion, 7-10 cloves of garlic, 2 pieces of ginger, and 7-8 green chilies and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then take the marinated chicken to this pan and cook it well over low heat.
Then put 2 teaspoons of fennel, 1 teaspoon of coriander, 1 teaspoon of cumin in a pot and fry it lightly. Once the spices are fried, grind them in a mixer and stir in the chicken again with some spices.
Then mix 8-10 almonds, 10-15 cashew nuts, and a little milk in a mixer to make a thick paste. Now put the paste on the chicken and add a little salt to taste and cook for 3-4 minutes. When the chicken is cooked, mix it with 1 teaspoon of chili flakes and 1 teaspoon of Kasuri and take it down. Now your Chicken Maharani is ready.
