How to make Handi Chicken Biryani
First, the chickens have to be washed well. Then turn on the gas, put a pan in it, and half fry the chickens in with 2 tablespoons of mustard oil. Then take the chickens down and fry them well with 1 tablespoon oil, 2 large onion pieces, 2 tomato pieces, and 2-3 green chilies.
Then in another pan, fry 2 tbsp whole cumin seeds, 2 tbsp whole coriander, whole hot spices, and 4-5 dried chilies on low flame. Then add 8-10 cloves of garlic, 2 pieces of ginger, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder, and a little water to make a fine paste.
Then you have to make a paste of the fried onions, tomatoes and chilies. Now put a pot in the gas and when the pot is hot, fry it with 2 teaspoons of mustard oil, 2 bay leaves, 2 large cardamoms. Then in it, ginger and garlic paste should be cooked it well.
Then you have to cook for a while with onion and tomato paste. Now cook the fried chicken in it for 5-6 minutes, stir it again with 1 cup of warm-hot water and cover it with a lid.
Now cook it on low heat for 10-15 minutes, then add the chopped coriander leaves and 1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning, and your Handi Chicken Biryani will be ready.
